How to: Convert a cell or range reference in a formula to a value.
Solution:
Select the desired cell or range and press F2 to display the formula. Select the cell or range reference to be converted and press F9.
1) Select the cell or range containing the formula to edit. (The cell or range is highlighted.)
2) Press F2. (The insertion point appears at the end of the formula.)
3) Select the cell or range reference to convert.
4) Press F9. (The reference changes to a value.)
5) Press ENTER.
